After two years’ silence, production recommenced in 1997. Unsmoked, our Vintage 1997 matured in a combination of first and second fill bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes
Juicy and mouth-watering, with a creamy mouth-coating texture. Spiced pear crumble, ripe banana and toffee are followed by honeydew melon, ground nutmeg and allspice.
